PCC

The Welsh Government has introduced regulations which relax some of the rules governing how community councils operate.

The regulations are available at The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2020.

Whilst these regulations are in force it is possible for community councils to hold remote meetings and it is no longer a requirement for meetings to be open to the public.

Penrice Community Council held its last meeting at a local venue in February 2020. It has held Council-only Remote Meeting since June 2020.
